Covid 19 Update - Tuesday 31 March
Doors will be closed but adArt is OPEN
For everyone's safety we've made the decision to close our front door as of Wednesday 25 March.
But we are still open for business! The art must flow. This means that you won't be able to come into the shop to browse, but you will be able to place orders.
Making an order
We will manage orders via any means available including phone, email, social media or carrier pigeon (that's a joke, we don't have facilities for carrier-pigeon-care). We will be making every effort to put more information on our website about our products, but in the meantime just reach out and we can talk you through what's available.
Paying for your order
At this stage we can take payments over the phone or via direct debit, but we're working things out as we go, so please discuss this with us and we'll work out the best way for you.
Collecting your order
We will be offering contact-free pickup at the door. Just let us know when you will be dropping by and we will make sure your order is ready for you.
We can send things via courier or Australia Post with a small postage fee.
We are also looking at trialling delivery in the greater hobart area. Let us know if delivery is the only option for you and we will look at how we can make it work!
What we're doing to keep everything clean
We will be taking every precaution with infection control when handling your orders using a combination of maintaining hand hygiene, wearing gloves, regular surface cleaning / disinfecting and cleaning / disinfecting products as they are packaged (if doing so won't risk damage to the product – ie. Paint tubes - yes, sheets of watercolour paper – no).
